Commercial Mortgages - Filling in an Application Form We have a simple online application form for you to fill in. Below is a breakdown of all the information you will require to fill out the form. Firstly we will ask you about the mortgage you want: how much you need to borrow over how many years and what the mortgage is for. Next we need a few details about you. You will need to tell us whether you already own property and where this is. We need to know whether this is also your business address, whether you will be using this address as security for your mortgage and how long you have lived there in years and months. Then we will ask you about yourself: your name, date of birth and marital status. We will also need to know your contact details. Next we need to ask you about your business. Which sector it is in, what type of business it is, and the property price? We also need an estimated value for the bricks and mortar of the property and a going concern value. We will ask how much deposit you can put down and what your current profit is. We also need to know the name and address of the business. Then we will ask you when you purchased your business property and what the building is made of, whether it is leasehold or freehold and about your current mortgage. You will need to tell us in this section about any mortgage arrears and whether you own any other properties. If you do own other properties we need to know where these are, when you bought them and about any mortgage that you hold on them. Next we will ask about your employment situation. We will need your employment status, job title and your employer’s name if you are employed. We need to know how long you have been in your current position and your annual income. We need to ask what your proof of income is and what your partner’s annual income is. Finally we ask about your credit situation. We need to know how you would describe your credit situation and whether you have been taken to court for non payment of debt during the last three years. We need to know whether you have any CCJs or whether you have been bankrupt. If your answer to any of these questions is yes, we ask that you provide a brief explanation of the circumstances. Once you have submitted the form it will typically take four weeks for the mortgage to be set up provided you use one of our recommended solicitors. We can complete in fourteen days under exceptional circumstances. More Commercial Mortgage Topics: |
